Each Fitness Training Camp includes 4 workshops covering the following topics:

Workshop 2 - Nutrition (Eating, Drinking & Supplementing)
Workshop 3 - Recovery (Self Care, Relaxation & Switching Off)
Workshop 4 - Exercise (Biomechanics, Strength & Conditioning)
Our Masterclasses focus on going into detail about each topic.
